Swinton and Personal lines acquisitions

Swinton's first acquisition was a book of just 300 cases when back in October 1999 we acquired the personal lines account from a Manchester broker.

At that time there was a team of just two. Today the team, still headed by Hazel Walker, has expanded to over twenty and has been responsible for the completion of over 350 acquisitions.

Swinton's commitment to High Street broking is clear, with a network approaching 600 branches servicing the needs of 2 million customers. Our extensive acquisition history has ranged in size from accounts with a few hundred cases to regional and national businesses.
